Your monthly fee is based on the size and complexity of your business, not the hours we log. Every plan includes your QuickBooks subscription, payroll processing, monthly financial reports, and a quarterly advisory touchpoint. One number, everything covered.
A transaction is any single line item that posts to your bank or credit card account , a payment received, an expense charged, a transfer between accounts, a payroll run, or a fee. For example, paying five vendors in one day counts as five transactions. Receiving a lump-sum deposit counts as one. Your transaction count is reviewed monthly, and we will let you know if you are approaching your plan limit before any overage applies.
Your monthly retainer covers everything listed in your plan. QuickBooks, Gusto payroll, reports, and advisory time are all bundled in. We don't invoice separately for software, payroll runs, or calls within scope. Your fee is set at onboarding based on your business size and confirmed before we start. If your business grows into the next tier, we will have that conversation proactively, not retroactively.
